Joseph Ramjit brings extensive background to his position as Senior Controller for 630 Aerospace. With 11 years of direct aviation industry experience – most recently as Associate Controller for GA Telesis LLC, a top aerospace company operating aircraft sales, leasing, distribution and maintenance facilities worldwide – and 18 years as a Military Senior Budget Analyst, Joseph has garnered the skills to advise and guide 630 Aerospace in all of the company’s financial decisions to maximize financial security and success today and in the future. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, International Business and Business Administration both from Florida International University.

A veteran of more than 20 years in the aviation parts supply and repair aftermarket, Mark Lindley joined 630 Aerospace in 2019 as Vice President, Sales & Marketing to lead the company channel development and revenue programs. Mark has served in senior level sales and marketing positions with leading aftermarket organizations such as Applied Aerodynamics and AirReady MRO, establishing strong relationships with OEMs, airlines and MROs across the industry, and a track record of revenue growth through team-oriented customer relations.

With a degree in business management and psychology, Shamine Mack has served as Human Resources Director for 630 Aerospace since 2017. Shamine works directly with upper management to identify and fill staffing needs in order to best meet company objectives and maximize employee skills and value. In this role, she is responsible for recruitment, compensation, health and safety, labor relations, and provides leadership and advice for dealing with training and performance management, ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and legislation. Prior to joining 630 Aerospace, Shamine served as Vice President of Human Resources for SFC in West Palm Beach, and Manager for Shieldalloy Metallurgical Group in New Jersey

As Production Control and Account Manager, Ivan Aguilar is responsible for planning and establishing rigorous production schedules and generating ongoing production reports to ensure that customers’ demands are met satisfactorily and on-time. With a master’s degree in Global Affairs specializing in globalization and security, and bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Anthropology and in Geography, Ivan comes to 630 Aerospace having served as Outside Repairs Coordinator/Quantum Control Administrator/Logistic Specialist for Global Engine Maintenance, a worldwide company based in Florida.

With over 16 years of aviation aftermarket experience in various roles at engine MRO’s, Carlos joined 630 Aerospace in June of 2020. He is responsible for production control and materials, as well as Purchasing and Repairs, Product Line Management, and the Customer Sales Manager and Sales Director. He also focuses on marketing 630 Aerospace’s capabilities and products to a vast array of customers. In addition, Carlos manages the day-to-day activity of the Customer Service Team and implements procedures to better serve our customers.

Having joined 630 Aerospace in early 2016 as Chief Inspector, Michael Mohan thoroughly understands the company and its products, and the clients it serves. Today, as Director of Quality, he brings that experience to bear in overall management of the operation and administration of the repair station, and in ensuring that the repair station complies with local, state and federal requirements. His extensive 19 years of aviation industry experience includes having served as Quality Manager for Professional Technologies Repair, and Quality Manager and Quality Inspector for Air-Pro LLC. He studied Aviation Maintenance Management at Broward College, and holds a variety of professional designations, including an A&P license, Level III CASE Auditor—Drug Program Manager, Certified Welder, Certified ASE Master Technician, and AAS Automotive Technology-Mechanical.

With a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and extensive training and education in multiple facets of international business management focusing on the aviation industry, Michael Duran brings more than 28 years of experience to his position as Production Manager and Engineering Support for 630 Aerospace. In his role, he manages, plans, directs and assigns work as related to production/engineering, as well as provides insight and guidance on operations and development. He has worked with 630 Aerospace since 2015, and prior to that with companies including Avenair Aviation LLC, Quiet Technology Aerospace, Aero Systems Composites, and Condor Technical Services, among others.

Having served with companies including Barfield, SA Rewind Group, MTI Aviation, Ametek, MRO and High Standard Aviation, Andres brings to bear a long track record of success in the industry.
